As an IT Sourcer at Global FindNewJob, you will:
-Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and needs;
-Source and engage with top IT talent using various platforms and tools, e.g. Linkedin, GitHub, DOU, X-Ray and Boolean search, etc;
-Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a candidate pool in CRM;
-Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job criteria.

Qualifications:
-1+ years experience in IT sourcing, using different sourcing tools and techniques or completed IT Sourcer/ Recruiter courses.

You’ll play a key role in designing and developing high-scale, event-driven backend systems, working closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.

We are looking for a mid-level engineer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience building automation and integration solutions. Relevant backgrounds include DevOps engineering, automation engineering, data engineering, backend development, or cloud engineering.

• Strong Python skills — this is the primary language for automation and data work at the firm
• Solid experience with APIs and system integrations — REST, webhooks, data connectors
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Airflow, or similar)
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — active cloud experience or strong motivation to develop it
